Being a homeless animal sucks, we help with that. For Knoxville, who has some of the biggest pet-friendly citizens, “Cats Rule!/Dogs Rule!” are two pet cafés that partner with local shelters in the Greater Knoxville area with the goal of finding cats and dogs homes. Unlike dog-friendly restaurants or pet shelters, the cafes provide a fun indoor-outdoor café setting for cat and dog adoptions while enjoying café foods/drinks and coffee alcoholic beverages.
